Linna and Cade celebrated with friends and family at the beautiful Sanders Estate, located just 35 minutes from Seattle. With rolling hills, a historic mansion, and rose gardens, it’s the perfect venue for a garden wedding. With soft blush garden roses, delicate greenery, and blush accents, the décor perfectly complemented the natural beauty of the estate and created a romantic, timeless atmosphere for their special day.

Guests were welcomed with a delicious selection of tray-passed appetizers that blended comfort with bold flavors. Creamy chipotle tomato bisque shooters paired with bite-sized grilled cheese offered a playful nod to a classic favorite, while citrus cod tacos topped with orange-olive salsa brought a fresh, zesty bite. To round out the offerings, beef bulgogi lettuce wraps with pickled vegetables and gochujang aioli delivered a savory and satisfying start to the evening.

Dinner was served family-style, with dishes designed for sharing and abundance. Guests enjoyed a crisp sesame cucumber salad with shaved red onion and tomatoes (Vegan), followed by entrées of boneless braised beef short rib with umami redux (GF) and sweet and spicy gochujang chicken thighs. The meal also featured a variety of flavorful sides, including vegetable yakisoba with broccoli, carrots, peas, and cabbage, garnished with scallions and sesame seeds (Veg), saffron basmati rice (Vegan), and Pike Place Market–style grilled vegetables (Vegan/GF). Artisan breads with aged balsamic and olive oil completed the feast, bringing together a menu that was both comforting and elevated.
