Wedding Ceremony
First off, Congratulations! We’re so honored you’ve stopped by to explore what The Sanders Estate has to offer in helping you bring your big day to life! We’re one of the only local venues offering both event coordination and detailed planning, all included in your package. We also provide a pre-ceremony consultation from the time you book your date, all the way up to your event. And because we want your event to feel as seamless as you do, we’ll provide you detailed reception layouts for your big day. In addition, Sanders Estate representatives are on site the entire day of your event, so you can be stress and worry free!
Whether you are having an intimate wedding ceremony or maybe a large wedding reception, or the event of the millennium, we provide numerous location options on our property to suit your needs. You may consider getting married under the historic oaks or possibly in the walled garden – whichever type of wedding ceremony you choose, we are here to help you bring that vision to life.
Rental Specifics
- The upper 30′ x 50′ Tent with faux finished flooring, chandelier and party lighting
- All items listed under Equipment & Furnishings section
- Basic Package comfortably accommodates 200 guests (Facility capacity is 400)
- Craftsman style restrooms adjacent, handicap accessible restroom
- Mansion use for bridal party, including bride and groom dressing rooms
- Rental Time Period is 8 hours and up to 200 guests
- Guest Parking
- One hour of rehearsal time during the week during business hours 9am – 5pm

Wedding Ceremony Areas

- We understand bad weather, so we also offer a 30’ x 50’ tent over a concrete floor included in the cost of your event.
The Bridal Dressing room includes a private bath, includes seating, a mirrored make-up table, a full-length mirror and closet to hang the bride’s gown and bridesmaids’ dresses. And for the groom, groomsmen and ushers we offer a spacious dressing room with TV and original historic bath.

Buffet tables, dining tables and chairs may be set up on the lawn. We set up and take down all tables and chairs, excluding your decorations. We can arrange for rental of additional tents, chairs, tables and equipment.
Lower Lawn Addition
- Available at an additional cost July-August and includes the following:
- 40′ x 60′ Tent with faux finished flooring, chandeliers and party lighting
- Adjoining catering tent and serving area
- Overlooking the 2-acre lawn surrounding a serene rose pond with fountain
